Job Description

The Role:
  • Our Media client is looking for a Project Coordinator for an initial 6 month period, with the high likelihood this to extend for another 12 months.
  • The program has a roadmap of 3 years, and the PMO has a current lack of decent PgM Coordinators, so there is plenty of work.
  • The key priorities of the role will involve assisting their PMs on the program with help of their current administrative tasks, in order to free up their capacity
Your Responsibilities:
  • Financial tasks – raising POs, Invoicing, Goods receipting (use and understanding of SAP or equivalent financial tools is important)
  • Forecasting – updating forecasts; helping template and standardise across projects where this makes sense (Forecasts are in excel)
  • Project report updates -  taking information from PMs and updating reporting tools, including: weekly/monthly summary reports, updates to risks and issues; tasks and activities
  • Assisting in timesheet activities
  • Assetisation activities, working with team members to update hardware asset registry
  • Setting up of meetings, aligning with EA’s on calendars, minute taking
About You:
  • 3+ years as a Program Coordinator in large organisations
  • An ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • A willingness to work within a cross-skilled team, where people are often wearing multiple hats to help the team deliver the project/program
  • Ability to work autonomously and show initiative to help in areas where it is seen to be needed
  • Ability to work and communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders from the project team, management, business and IT.

  • Excel for forecasting (must have)
  • Workfront for Portfolio reporting (nice to have)
  • A good grasp of MS360 suite (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Excel)
