- 5 yr road map to be delivered with strong leadership in the business
- Product owner for OMS and EMS - Charles River upgrade
- Program/product owner role - 2ic into CIO - Full autonomy
- You will oversee the support and manage the front office support systems including all staff within the FOS team
- Provide input for the Global IT FOS strategy and execution the front office support system
- Identify and eliminate needless processes in order to fully automate globally
- Identify and build strong stakeholder relationships with the technical teams throughout the business
- Hold regular service delivery meetings with said stakeholders
- Ensure all processes comply with global policies, change & release and document all changes/ release information
- Develop Front Office & Change Management documentation for strategic enablement
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following;
- Must come from an asset management background environment delivering technical solutions into the business.
- Must have managed small teams within large stakeholder landscape
- Global Charles River upgrade, Citrix implementation
- Own the OMS and EMS systems
- Front office support exposure
- Knowledge of trade execution, order management etc
- Extensive experience of fund management procedures and methods
- Investment administration processes, procedures and instruments
- Demonstrated and proven people management experience
