Job Description
Reporting to the Director, Transformation your primary role is to lead and drive cross-divisional Transformation programs that directly contribute to the organisation's overall strategic objectives (with a key focus on customer). Specifically, you will be responsible for leading the development of transformation program solutions options, developing and delivering on the execution plan, managing a holistic view of strategic and operational projects, managing program governance frameworks and ensuring appropriate resource allocation. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the performance of the program team and third party contributions.
To be successful, you will have a strong academic background (ideally post grad qualified) and have proven experience in working within large transformation programs in complex organisations. Experience in managing medium to large scale transformation projects from inception to implementation is essential. Your knowledge of program management principles, methodologies and tools as well as your track record of success must have been gained within the transformation team of a large complex corporate environment and/or respected management consulting firm. In addition, you will have outstanding leadership and communication skills along with the ability to manage key stakeholders at the highest levels. Excellent career opportunities exist.
