Job Description
You will be responsible for the below:
- Oversight and management of financial performance on projects
- Commercial oversight of contract requirements including forecasting
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Managing project budgets and ensuring in line with bids/tenders
- Financial guidance in relation to business development and growth strategies
- Understanding contract risks and mitigation strategies
- Business partnering and providing financial solutions to business problems
- Acting as the key business partner to country wide stakeholders
- Leading process improvements
To be considered for this role you will be CA/CPA fully qualified with strong stakeholder management skills. You will have experience from a Construction organisation or a similar business with the ability to manage multiple high level projects at one time.
