Job Description
This ASX50 company specialises in development and infrastructure projects. The main office for this role is based in Redfern and this is a temporary role for 2-3 months initially with the possibility to extend.
The Role:
- Oversight and management of financial performance on infrastructure project
- Commercial oversight of contract requirements including forecasting
- Oversight of contract life-cycle including setting up jobs, POs and invoicing
- Financial guidance in relation to business development and growth strategies
- Understanding contract risks and mitigation strategies
- Business partnering and providing financial solutions to business problems
- Must have 3 to 5 years of specific previous project accounting experience - ideally in infrastructure, construction, or development - with a large, complex organisation
- Jobpac experience essential
- Ability to deal with challenging stakeholders
- Excellent business partnering experience and communication skills
- Ability to travel 1-2 times a week to sites
