Reporting to the PMO Manager as well as the Project sponsor you will provide the overall project management for this application configuration and implementation as well as assist with the change management piece.
You this role you will:
Direct and manage various projects from beginning to end.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Develop and deliver comprehensive project plans and associated communications documents.
Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Estimate and engage as required the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Effectively communicate and manage project expectations and success criteria with team members and project stakeholders on a regular basis.
Ideally you will have previous experience rolling out a talent management HR module and understand the complexity of organisational capability and the conversations around the setting up of those types of structure.
There will more than likely to have a couple of other HR type projects coming up in the new year as well (specifically around workforce management). This role will support the senior BA in managing that.
The role will also include preparation of application support documentation as well as using Confluence.
