Job Description

Seeking a strong Project Manager to drive a number of technical and business projects forward, projects range from technical to business and can cover block chain, systems etc!. Strong stakeholder influence needed!

Your main area of focus will be to deliver cost-effective, high-quality Projects on-time through the application of PM guidelines and standards (best practices) and effective controls while meeting requisite compliance requirements 
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of the multiple projects.
  • Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the outsource provider and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Client relationship management experience
  • IT Project Management experience within a technical project management role.
  • Strong customer/client focus and ability to manage customer/client expectations.
  • Data Integration experience
  • Ability to manage and lead multiple concurrent IT projects while adhering to our PMO standards
  • Familiar with Agile software development methodology
  • Awareness of Compliance and Regulatory requirements
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Robust understanding of how and when to influence challenging stakeholders at all levels in the business
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
