Job Description
Globally recognised industry leader is looking for a Project Manager to take account for the successful delivery of strategic business transformation projects. Initially, the focus will be on delivering a large risk and regulatory related project which is a key priority for the business. You will have a proven track record in managing a project involving significant business change, including policy, processes and technology components with the support of a cross-functional project team.
What we are looking for you to do:
- Liaise and work with a wide range of internal stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective communication
- Prides themselves in exceptional stakeholder management, presentation and leadership skills with proven project experience.
- Oversee and manage the overall project delivery
- Work with the product owner(s) and leaders of each work package to plan, estimate and schedule relevant program activities
- Plan and manage the delivery of project activities across work packages
- Plan, scope and on-board resources
- Prepare and manage project-related deliverables
- Monitor and control the project throughout the execution
- Actively identify, monitor and escalate risks, issues and dependencies
- Actively plan, tracking progress and implement project plans
- Identify and resolve project schedule issues and when necessary escalate to the appropriate level of management
- Promote, contribute to and adhere to project governance and frameworks
- Significant project and/or program management experience
- Worked in a Partnership lead business similar to professional services or law experience
- Previous proven experience delivering a risk or regulatory project KYC/AML etc.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and delivering multi-faceted projects, that consist of significant business process change and technology work packages
- Previous experience in vendor management, and technical projects comprising of multi-faceted solutions and system integration
- Demonstrated ability in project management techniques and practices including, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communications, Risk
- Demonstrated experience managing a wide spectrum of stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain sound working relationships with colleagues and management
- Strong communication skills; particularly ability to provide high-level written reports and presentations for a senior audience
- Experienced in applying agile principles to project delivery
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification or equivalent
