Job Description
You'll be responsible for preparing monthly management reports, P&L review, variance analysis and provision of commentary on variances, in order to deliver effective decision support to your business stakeholders.
You will also work on the preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, monthly lease reporting, annual budgeting, accounting adjustments and preparation of outgoings reconciliations.
Also, you'll be required to deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis when required, as well as be heavily involved in projects and process improvement initiatives.
You are a CA/CPA qualified Accountant (or part qual), ideally coming from within either the property sector, in either a management accounting or property accounting capacity.
Either way, you'll have an engaging personality, an articulate, professional communication style, strong analytical capabilities and excellent Excel skills.
