Job Description

This client is a leading financial services business seeking an experienced Receptionist and Administration Assistant to be the face of their organisation. 

As the first point of contact, you will provide an exceptional level of service to clients visiting the Brisbane Head Office. 

Some of your key duties will include:
  • General reception duties including welcoming guests, answering phones and attending to enquires 
  • Set up meeting rooms and organising catering 
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the meeting rooms and kitchen
  • Liaising with external building managers, cleaners, contractors and facility maintenance contacts 
  • Assist in First Aid duties and fire safety drills
  • Order stationary and stock for the office
  • General administration duties including processing documents, emailing and diary management
  • Organsing travel and accommodation arrangements 
To be considered for this role, you will have experience operating a large volume of calls with a professional phone manner and show initiative to support the greater business with administration duties. Corporate presentation and manner will be required to work in this highly successful financial services organisation.
