Job Description
As the first point of contact, you will provide an exceptional level of service to clients visiting the Brisbane Head Office.
Some of your key duties will include:
- General reception duties including welcoming guests, answering phones and attending to enquires
- Set up meeting rooms and organising catering
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain the cleanliness of the meeting rooms and kitchen
- Liaising with external building managers, cleaners, contractors and facility maintenance contacts
- Assist in First Aid duties and fire safety drills
- Order stationary and stock for the office
- General administration duties including processing documents, emailing and diary management
- Organsing travel and accommodation arrangements
