Job Description

Australia's leading family winemaker who have been producing the finest Australian wines for decades now are seeking an experienced reception/administrator to join their head office. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract and requires the right candidate to start immediately. 

The Role: 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and re-direct to appropriate employee
  • Meet and greet guests 
  • Assist with all couriers 
  • Manage inventory and stock levels 
  • Process sales orders 
  • Dealing with logistics 
  • Ad-hoc administration tasks
The Candidate: 
  • 1-2 years administration experience 
  • Knowledge of order processing is a must 
  • SAP experience desired 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Can-do & positive attitude
