Job Description

This role will be a 2 week temporary assignment to cover someone going on leave for a large professional property company. The role will be a combination of being on reception as well as admin support by helping complete a large archiving project.

Duties will include:
  • Being the first point of contact for any client entering the building
  • Managing the coordination of meeting rooms
  • Managing the client facilities including the upkeep of the kitchen and rooms
  • Distribution of mail
  • Answering calls
  • Archiving admin
About you:
  • Previous reception and admin experience
  • Experience and capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Very professional and well presented
  • Immaculate and professional presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and punctual
  • Experience and comfort working autonomously
