  • Circa $55-60K base salary

The Opportunity:
This North Short Real Estate Agency is currently looking for a permanent Receptionist/Office Manager to join their team. Working autonomously this role will manage all front of house, operations, PA support, administration, and technology/social media coordination. While the office culture is down-to-earth and collaborative, it is a high-paced environment, so it is essential that candidates are proactive, attentive, and eager to get involved in whatever work may come up. With the busy schedule candidates must be able to work Saturdays (with a scheduled day off during the week).

Tasks include but not limited to:
  • Managing reception and the main phone line, and being the face of the company to customers and clients
  • Running and maintaining the upkeep of the office including organising maintenance, deliveries, and basic accounts payable
  • General administrative duties for the office
  • Managing the upkeep of the social media profiles 
  • Managing the upkeep of all technology including, Webbooks, CRM, and intranet
  • Copywriting and editorial support for real estate listings and general email communication

About you:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a reception/administration/office manager role
  • Experience in a real estate agency, especially with industry relevant technology systems like Agentbox, REIForms Live, and Webbooks, would be preferred but not essential
  • "Can do" and proactive approach with a willingness to accept tasks outside the general scope of duties
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong stakeholder/client focus with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and personable approach and ability to build strong and friendly working relationships
  • Excellent level of technical ability in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and various social media platforms
  • Valid Drivers Licence and access to a car is preferable
