Job Description

Our client is a market leader in the property industry and requires an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to support their busy team. This role will be a split between reception, IT support, office administration and accounts. 

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the following; 
  • Greeting all guests
  • Answering all incoming reception calls
  • Managing all correspondence 
  • Boardroom management 
  • Maintaining office facilities
  • Ordering of office stationary
  • Supporting senior management with administrative tasks
  • Filing and management of archiving
  • Point of contact for IT based escalation issues 
  • Assisting with the invoicing process (creating and issuing of PO's)
You will currently hold a valid drivers license and posses a positive attitude which is shown throughout your work. You will enjoy working as a part of a team to support the greater business in a faced passed environment, while multitasking and remaining quickly adaptable. Strong MS Office and computer skills will be required as well as a high attention to detail.
