Job Description

The Information Officer is tasked with assisting the Records & Information Supervisor to provide information services support to business teams. Immediate start, client is ready for you now. 

The Role:
  • Ensure the collection and efficient processing of documents as directed
  • Work closely with team members to competently manage physical work areas
  • Ensure the accurate capture of data and scanned documents into business information systems
  • Ensure confidential information is protected, given the privileged access that will often be afforded this role
  • Work with the Records & Information Supervisor to identify and implement process improvements
The Candidate:
  • Experience in records management in a corporate environment
  • Exposure to records and/or information management systems
  • Understanding of archiving/records management processes and systems
  • High attention to detail is a must
