The Opportunity:

Work with this well branded and recognised Australian Not for Profit! Our client is a leading provider in disability assistance across NSW and is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support their growing team. With a large amount of growth planned over the next 6 months this role will support the team by managing the associated employment contracts, background checks and compliance. This role requires someone with a background in recruitment/HR/contract administration who is able to balance the logistics and admin of a busy recruitment team and liaise directly with people on a daily basis. About you:
  • Experience in a recruitment/HR/contract administration role
  • Experience drawing up and managing employment contracts is essential
  • Experience in a recruitment agency/internal HR team is desirable
  • Ability to prioritise high volumes of work
  • Comfort liaising directly with candidates and assisting with any contract issues
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • Team player with collaborative approach and clear communication about your workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability and eagerness to build strong relationships with staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong capability and confidence with technology, especially Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a small, close knit team, and autonomously
