Rapidly expanding Non for Profit based on the Northern Beaches in need of an experienced recruiter. Agency and Internal candidates welcome
Circa $90K package
Northern Beaches location with free parking
12 month FTC with possibility to go permanent

The Opportunity:

Work with this well branded and recognised Australian Not for Profit! Our client is a leading provider in disability assistance across NSW and is looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiter to join their internal team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. Working with 2 Recruitment Business Partners this role will actively recruit a range of head office and technical allied health roles across NSW. With a significant amount of growth planned for the business over the next 12 months this role will liaise closely with the Business Partners to understand the needs and gaps in the business in order to actively hire the best talent directly. The successful candidate will need to be experienced with direct headhunting techniques, especially using Linkedin, along with confidence in running multiple processes concurrently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • End to end recruitment for all specific hires
  • Create and post job adverts, screen candidates, conduct first round interviews alongside managers
  • Meet and consult with hiring managers regarding upcoming job vacancies
  • Select appropriate candidate attraction strategies including database search, job boards, social media and targeted selection
  • Select candidates for assessment centres from job ad screening initiatives
  • Shortlist candidates through behavioural phone interviewing
  • Manage the candidate delivery process including interview scheduling, offer management and on-boarding
  • Conduct post placement review and reporting.

About you:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in fast paced recruitment, both agency and internal candidates will be considered
  • Experience recruiting in the disability/care/allied health space would be desirable
  • Highly engaging, professional and an efficient operator
  • Strong experience using Linkedin, and other strategies, for direct sourcing
  • Great customer service skills and ability to influence
  • Hands on approach yet ability to think strategically
  • Not afraid to get on the phone to call, screen and filter
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong capability and confidence with technology, especially Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a small, close knit team, and autonomously
