We are looking to expand our capability in the Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, Technology, and Corporate Services market segments. This has opened up a number of opportunities for a Recruiter or proven Salesperson to join our firm and help build our market presence in the Sydney market.
You are a passionate, driven salesperson and you possess a competitive edge and strong work ethic, whilst having a flair for sales and new business development and exceptional interpersonal skills. You will have a minimum of one-year industry or relevant sales experience and are looking to move into a more collaborative and high energy environment where you will be rewarded with a market-leading remuneration structure, world-class training by some of the industry’s top performers and an outstanding culture with excellent benefits.

You will be working within a highly engaged and successful team leveraging off our extensive client and candidate base, as you build your market presence, begin to acquire new clients and candidates and win new business.
You'll achieve this through making client business development calls, generating leads, securing and driving client meetings, sourcing and meeting candidates and placing them into job vacancies within your client base. You will also have a significant influence in building up the business and impacting the direction of the company moving forward.
