- Retention of existing plus origination of new clients, in line with strategy and risk appetite
- Sales of a range of products offered by the bank
- Ensure the board approved risk appetite is embedded within the businesses practice
- Ownership of credit and operational risk
- Active engagement with core franchise clients
- Creation of credit memorandums
- Tertiary qualification within Business / Accounting / Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience within a financial services role
- Strong sales and negotiation background
