The specific duties related to the role include:
- Formatting of CV's to standard templates
- Generating temp candidate contracts
- Emailing client TOB's for all temp and perm starts
- Tracking of references and working rights of all placed candidates
- Adding candidates, cv's, references and clients to our CRM
- Assisting the Corporate Services team with high level Sales Support including taking of references, managing candidate availability lists, SEEK and LinkedIn research and managing of candidate responses to adverts
- Sending of weekly invoices
- Adhoc support of the payroll function.
- Answering main line calls
- Reception duties as required
- Beginning and end of day kitchen clean and tidy.
