Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand the business and technical requirements and come up with technical solutions
- Strong understanding of the end to end Sales Process / Lead to Won and utilising Salesforce functionality to sign organic growth and resign ongoing business.
- Bridge between Business and Technical resources and ability to work independently in a fast paced project environment.
- To work with senior Sales and Marketing Managers, understand their strategy and be able to articulate requirements and future business process to meet their requirements.
- Assisting in the implementation of solutions in Salesforce and integrated systems using best technical options
- More than 3 years’ experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Minimum 3 years working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards.
- Knowledge of Einstein and analytics functionality would be an advantage.
- Repeated experience in SCRUM/ AGILE methodologies.
- Must have worked with a company using Salesforce, as their Customer Master and integrating to SAP and other 3 party systems
- Experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud & Communities
