Job Description

This exciting and rare opportunity within a large financial institution has come about due to a restructure and a period of positive change for this evolving organisation. This sophisticated firm is looking for the expertise of a Senior Associate to join this Client Credit Risk team.  
 
You will be entrusted to perform effective analysis, implement strategic initiatives and review the credit portfolio to ensure they reflect leading practices and address the changing needs of clients. Risks will need to be mitigated, regulatory requirements adhered to and transparent reports will need to be communicated across the wider group. More specifically you will be required to perform periodic Client Credit Reviews, manage applying lending terms and conditions through regular credit monitoring and reporting of various complexity.
  
The successful candidate will have several years of experience in a credit risk or related environment, preferably from a larger bank, ratings agency or lender. You will have the ability to create and maintain strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and actively engage in participative business partnerships at an external level too. You will have relevant financial, economic, industry and statistical analysis skills with high attention to detail. Your strong understanding of the operations and processes surrounding credit risk and the necessary regulatory obligations will also help you secure this role. You will be analytical and commercial in your approach and be looking to join an innovative organisation going through an exciting period of change.
