Job Description

Top ASX Listed organisation is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong CRM delivery, Agile background and a solid understanding of Business Development to join their team. This Business Analyst role will serve as a Liaison between IT and the Corporate Business Development Team. They ensure processes and supporting systems continue to meet business stakeholder needs.

As the Senior Busines Analyst you will: 
  • Experience as a CRM Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
  • Formal business analysis and CRM accreditation preferred
  • Dynamics CRM experience preferred 
  • Experience delivering projects in the in-house business team (mandatory) and in a consulting environment (preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering complex CRM projects that involve interactions with other systems, across internal staff and external suppliers
  • Experience moulding CRM for Service functions
  • Provide data expertise in various aspects of the project lifecycle
  • Educate process stakeholders on how to identify and solve process challenges through the simulation of different scenarios, analysis of performance metrics and advanced optimization techniques
  • Work with the stakeholder to define the business value for new projects and present ideas to Senior Leadership
  • Suggest process flow, personnel resource, policy, goal and rule changes along with metrics to measure the impact of those changes
  • Contribute projects to the overall CIO roadmap for Engility
  • Work with the business process architect, process owner, executive sponsor, business subject matter experts and others as necessary to determine the future state of a specific business process
  • Understand at a high level how implemented applications support business processes under consideration for change
  • Collecting, analyze, document and communicate business needs and requirements.
  • Help identify enhancements to existing tools and identify the need for new tools when applicable
  • Perform data and systems analysis using SQL tools
  • Assist with testing and change management
Requirements to be successful
  • 9 years of hands-on experience with process modelling, analysis and simulation tools
  • Experience working on projects using a variety of process redesign methods (such as business process re-engineering, value chain analysis, Lean Six Sigma or total quality management)
  • Track record of working on projects that delivered for different types of business For example value: revenue growth, customer satisfaction, process efficiency or cost reduction
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative distributed environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills
