Due to these industry changes, a newly created opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Analyst (aka Sales Business Partner) to provide a business analysis and commercial modelling in partnership with sales & marketing.
You will use your commercial nous to add rigor and insight to bids for new business by cost modelling and establishing suitable pricing. You will work with the sales department to understand potential clients’ needs and help them create a commercial pricing structure.
Your skills in analysing large datasets and your ability to utilise business intelligence tools like Tableau will allow you to provide customer profitability reporting to senior management.
This is an opportunity for you as a commercially-minded finance business partner to work with sales teams to provide value-adding decision support, drive key initiatives and show value to external clients, with the view of retaining and winning business.
To be considered for this role you will have highly 3-5 years experience in business partnering to the sales department of a large commercial business. You will have advanced Excel skills and experience with tools such as Tableau will be essential to your success. Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting and business disciplines will be required and CA/CPA or equivalent will be well regarded (not necessary).
