Job Description
Working under the guidance of a supportive, high performance management team, you'll be exposed to a diverse range of assets, investments and developments and will provide commercial support to the wider business & it's operations.
Your role will revolve around the provision of financial analysis & modelling, the preparation & analysis of monthly reports, budgeting and forecasting.
You'll also support new investment proposals, M&A activity, drive valuations of existing assets and run feasibility analysis for new developments opportunities. As well as provide input around process improvement initiatives, internal projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
You are a CA (or CPA) qualified Accountant, either making a 1st move from Big 4 property audit or private clients. Or otherwise you'll have existing commercial experience in a similar property-based finance analyst role.
You'll be a strategic & analytical thinker, with exceptional relationship management skills and preferably some experience in financial modelling. Whilst a background in real estate is essential for this role.
