Looking to 2022 and ahead, the corporate strategy in place is centred around expansion into new revenue lines, development of key internal functions, and streamlining business processes and infrastructure. 

The Role
The Senior Finance Business Partner is a critical role, established to support key stakeholders and management in driving outstanding commercial outcomes and strategic objectives. Furthermore, this role will also play a key role in group wide financial management and developing the finance structure and systems to support the ongoing strategy and growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

-  Business partnering with management and operations stakeholders, assessing financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and enhancing financial acumen across the business
- Strategic planning, coordinating and managing the annual strategic and financial plan, tracking performance and developing financial strategies that supports growth 
- Commercial oversight and analysis of business performance, understanding key drivers of the business and providing support on scenario planning, KPI analysis, and benchmarking 
- Oversight of shared services finance, ensuring financial outputs are delivered accurately, including statutory requirements, month end, cashflow forecasts, treasury, controls and risk

About You
This fantastic opportunity is well suited to a qualified finance professional (CA, CPA) with a proven ability as a hands-on business partner, with a track record of delivering business goals and strategic objects. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills are a must, as well as bringing highly developing organisation skills and the flexibility to adapt in high growth business environment.
