Job Description

This Australian tech success story is very well established and highly regarded, with a strong foothold in their core market. Off the back of successive years of significant growth, they're working towards a future IPO. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to be a part of this exciting period up ahead.

Reporting into the CFO, you'll look to increase the sophistication & visibility of the FP&A function, through effective use of data, insight & analytics, whilst providing decision support to the exec team, and helping drive the strategic objectives of the company.

Specifically, your remit will encompass pricing, business cases, acquisition analysis, BD support and operational business partnering. You'll also drive budgeting, forecasting, modelling, operational & financial analysis and management reporting.

Additionally you'll spearhead key projects, such as supporting M&A activity/due diligence or the implementation of a new reporting tool, as well as other ongoing improvement initiatives, around data, BI and systems.

You are a CA or CPA qualified senior commercial finance professional, ideally with Power BI experience, advanced Excel skills (macros preferred) and extensive BI exposure, who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.

FP&A experience within a growing small-mid cap is preferable, whilst IPO experience will be looked upon very favourably. ASX experience required.

This is a role for someone looking to roll up their sleeves, take ownership of an entire FP&A function and build something from the ground up, all with the support of an exceptional CFO and a supportive, fun team around you.
