The newly formed People & Culture Division supports NSW in the areas of Workforce Readiness, Workforce Engagement, Organisational Development, WHS, Remuneration and Benefits, etc. This role is to support a time of transition and change due to an organisation wide restructure and therefore need s focus on its people.
The HR Change Partner is responsible for coordinating and supporting a broad range of organisational change projects, with a focus on ensuring effective change management methodologies and approaches are applied. The role will work closely with the Senior HR Partner to ensure change management processes are well planned and appropriately resourced. The role will also provide coaching and support to the managers and employees of Support Services through change projects.
About the Candidate:
You will be a HR professional, with some expose to change projects.
- 5-8 years as HR BP
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (certification in PROSCI is highly desirable)
- Experience with organisational restructures
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and determine change impacts
