This role has been created to strengthen the Customer Experience practice with a key focus on retention strategy.
This newly created role reports in to the Head of Customer Experience, accountable for creating a culture of exceptional service and the delivery of retention outcomes. You will be part of an organisational wide transformation as the Bank moves into an exciting period of significant growth & change.
You will work with key leaders across all divisions to increase customer satisfaction and overall value, minimise attrition and provide the framework for ongoing reporting & insights to continue driving this forward.
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications and a diverse working background across data & analytics, Cx, sales, marketing & communication. You will demonstrate a successful history in strategy development through to execution for Customer Engagement. Previous experience working for a Bank, Lender or Insurer is highly desirable, with a deep knowledge of related products and consumer behavior in the sector. You will have a strong passion for using data, analytics & insights to enhance digital & people channels and an understanding of the customer lifecycle.
