Job Description

Be responsible for the digital transformation of applications and the strategy to move the businesses into self-service.

Required experience:

• You have delivered self-service product transformations within the banking   sector

• Developed and delivered a product strategy for self-service application change, including the delivery of the said program

• Features delivered include payments, transfers, self-service features

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through complex 
 concepts/data and present well-thought-out, simple solutions

• Identification and development of new business cases for the purpose of   continuous improvement,

• Documenting service design   changes and their impact on the business

• C-suite engagement with ability and experience communicating technical 

• Proven experience leading and cultivating a high performing team.

• Demonstrated vendor/stakeholder relationship management, consulting, negotiation, and facilitation skills

• Analysis of customer analytics
