Job Description
You will take charge of the general running of the office and to support 2 directors. This will include everything from project administration, maintaining HR administration, facilities management, ordering stationary & office supplies, general office administration support to senior managers on an as-required.
To be considered for this role, will be an experienced office administrator who can work across various departments and deal with people at all levels of a business. You will be proactive, have exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal). This role will provide you with the opportunity to influence by reviewing internal office & administrative processes and redesign where required to create internal efficiencies.
