You will be responsible for providing efficient HR/Payroll services to staff including the calculation of accurate wages/salaries in accordance with the relevant Awards, Agreements and legislative requirements for multiple countries.
More specifically your role with involve (but not be limited to);
- Payroll Processing
- HR Services/Admin
- Support to Implement Payroll/HR Strategies
- Audit/Recs/Compliance Reporting
You will be an experienced Payroll/HR Officer, having previously worked on an international payroll and, ideally, having worked with an outsourced payroll provider (ADP).
You will have experience dealing with and interpreting multiple awards, EBAs, specific country legislations and individual contracts. Ideally, you will also have a fantastic grasp of payroll/HR related systems, with ADP, SAP and Kronos being highly beneficial. It's essential that you have solid excel skills.
You will have a fantastic, can-do attitude, be able to work as part of a team while also having the ability to work autonomously or remotely from your manager.
While it would be fantastic for you to be based in Leeton (Southern NSW), you could also be a resident of Sydney or Melbourne.
