Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the below:
- Perform analysis on payroll data
- Tracking the differences between claims, fares, allowances and invoices to support the reconciliation process for budget and account reconciliation
- Utilise HR information systems, software and processes and support the implementation of software to collect data and maintain records
- Collect feedback and respond to payroll queries
- Create accurate and timely records, salary-related reports and provide support
- Preparation of files, forms, registrations, journals, audits, pay slips, invoices and leave
To be considered for this role you will have a minimum of 5 years experience in processing payroll using Preceda and completing the EBA setup and the wages terminations process for the project. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and be available to start immediately.
