You'll drive the administration of your allocated monthly payrun for circa 300 employees, as well as the distribution of reports, preparation of data for the finance team, handling of queries and the import & review of timesheet data.
You'll also drive payroll accounting, including month end reporting, journals and reconciliations. Whilst you'll manage the maintenance of employee records (including Super, DIAC, etc), including actioning any changes, leave requests and terminations.
Finally you will assist with the administration of payments for Super, PAYG, etc, as well as compliance, statutory reporting and rolling out of legislative changes when required.
You are an experienced payroll professional, with extensive experience in a complex, high-volume, full function payroll role, within a large Corporate environment.
Finally, you'll have outstanding written & verbal communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability and you'll place a high degree of emphasis on customer service.
