You will be working within a project team and assisting with the implementation of ichris and will be responsible for providing high level project support in regards to the implementation.
This is a senior role and you will be called upon to continually challenge processes seeking out opportunities to improve procedure and maximise efficiencies, in-line with the company ethos of continuous improvement.
To be considered you must have:
- Experience in the payroll system Chris 21 or ichris
- Demonstrate payroll knowledge sufficient to complete a pay run using ichris or Chris21
- Have a high level of numerical ability and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to organize and priorities in a busy environment
- Good internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have provided administrative support on a payroll project extending to such skills as – testing, parallel runs, reconciling data and write the documentation/process
- Help in BAU if required
