The Role:
- Understand the business and technical requirements and come up with technical solutions
- Strong understanding of the end to end Sales Process / Lead to Won and utilising Salesforce functionality to sign organic growth and resign ongoing business.
- Bridge between Business and Technical resources and ability to work independently in a fast paced project environment.
- To work with senior Sales and Marketing Managers, understand their strategy and be able to articulate requirements and future business process to meet their requirements.
- Assisting in the implementation of solutions in Salesforce and integrated systems using best technical options
- Ability to work with vendors and other 3rd party providers
- Ownership of assigned deliverables, contributing to the delivery of projects and ensuring the solution agreed is the solution delivered
- Quality assurance of enhancements, testing and assisting the business with the UAT
- Responsible for business analysis and testing of all enhancements, support and maintenance of the production Core CRM, Community Portal, Pardot and future Salesforce based solutions
- Act as the primary contact for administration and configuration of the Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
About You:
- Previous experience as Salesforce Admin (minimum 4 years)
- Experience with Sales Cloud, service Cloud, Community Cloud and Pardot
- Working within Agile framework
- Customer -oriented approach with good verbal and written skills – excellent customer service
- Proactive and independent, able to work with minimum supervision
- Demonstrated experience in writing good user stories and acceptance criteria
- Strong data management abilities
- Proven commercial experience of Salesforce configuration (creation and maintenance of users, profiles, roles, permissions and dashboards, creation of custom objects, fields and page layouts)
Salesforce Certifications:
- Minimum 3 years working as a Salesforce Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards.
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Knowledge of Einstein and analytics functionality would be an advantage.
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred but not essential
- Agile certification desirable but not essential
