The Opportunity:
Work with this well branded and recognised Australian Not for Profit! Our client is a leading provider in disability assistance across NSW and is looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiter to join their growing Talent Acquisition team on a 12 month contract. This role will manage a broad remit to proactively and reactively source Allied Health and Support Services roles across NSW. An innovative approach to recruitment, strong relationship building skills, a collaborative attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.
With a 360 recruitment remit and multiple senior stakeholders to build relationships with this role needs a senior level recruiter, from either agency or internal, who is very comfortable with headhunting especially through Linkedin Recruiter.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Taking briefs from senior internal stakeholders
- Proactively headhunting candidates and building market maps
- Working with Managers to forecast future requirements and developing sourcing strategies accordingly
- Managing processes end-to-end
- Maintaining long-term candidate relationships
- Project Management of large scale recruitment campaigns
- Working with the internal team to develop and maximise the EVP
- Assisting with Talent Acquisition and HR projects when needed/applicable
About you:
- At least 6 years recruitment experience in either agency or internal. Agency experience will be highly desirable
- Experience in the Healthcare/Community Services sector would be desirable
- Extensive experience and comfort proactively headhunting candidates
- Extensive experience and comfort using Linkedin Recruiter
- Experience managing passive candidate pools
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability and eagerness to build strong relationships with staff and candidates remotely
- Eager to learn and develop your skills
- Data centric with the ability and experience to analyse and report on recruitment trends, successes, and challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong capability and confidence with technology, especially Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a small, close knit team, and autonomously
