Job Description
You will participate in System and Integration Testing across multiple applications which form part of a large transformational project.
The applications in scope for the role are Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Salesforce Communities, an operational ERP, the integrations between these systems and a data warehouse component for reporting capabilities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development of test plans aligned to business requirements
- Lead the testing of Salesforce and Communities but also very involved in the ERP testing and integration of all systems in scope
- Management of system, integration, regression and user acceptance testing activities
- Create and execute test cases
- Defect tracking from discovery through resolution
- Documentation of all testing deliverables
- Status Reports
- Demonstrated extensive experience in transformational projects involving ERP with multiple integrations to other applications
- The ability to work autonomously
- Experience in working in a large team (but have also worked in a small team)
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
- Experience working in a complex and changing environment
- Testing experience across a range of corporate systems
- The ability to work to agreed deadlines, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to facilitate discussion and build consensus within the IT team and across the organisation
- The ability to adapt to flexible working hours for some periods during the project
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and Salesforce Communities
- Experience in the resource recovery/waste management or logistics industry
- Experience testing applications across a range of environments (AS400 and Microsoft)
