About you 

Experienced in the development and configuration of Sharepoint Online you will enjoy a broad and varied role that will allow you to undertake continuous improvement projects with stakeholders across an organisation.
  • Experienced in Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint Online to an administrator-level, particularly Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Forms
  • Respond to service requests for Level 1/ Level 2 SharePoint support for the SharePoint Information Management Platform (permissions, site configurations, metadata management, etc.)
  • Maintain control records of SharePoint content movement, deletion or transfer
  • Regular reporting on SharePoint content metrics, as directed/agreed
  • Attend and contribute to SharePoint governance bodies
  • Advise the client’s Information Manager of emerging issues or opportunities regarding SharePoint information management capability
  • Develop S&P's including guidelines
About the role 

 During this time there will be regular business requirements relating to Microsoft 365 and Sharepoint Online as well as the delivery of some key projects. In detail the role will:
  • Resolve daily queries from staff at all levels in relation to Sharepoint and Microsoft 365 (this may include directing basic level queries to our outsourced IT helpdesk)
  • Work closely with teams to ensure Sharepoint structures and access rights are set up appropriately
  • Deliver projects that include (but not limited to) the update of our Sharepoint Online from classic to modern sites
