TOP ASX Listed organisation are looking for a Solution Architect to help with the implementation and intergration of Dynamics 365 in a very successful partnership with Microsoft.

We want to welcome an Architect who has done Dynamics integrations with other apps and can speak deeply within the Dynamics 365 architecture. So if you have experience with Dynamics from concept all the way through to deployment, and have the ability to solve problems and drive the solution from end to end, we want to know of you!
This team is very collaborative and willing to pitch in with issues and help each other. We are amid transitioning from a project-oriented team to one where Dynamics performance is business-as-usual. If you can help us in our work with Microsoft and other partners, can guide developers and can jump into integrations and implementations because you have done them before, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:
  • Working with global teams of technical architects/Architects/testers
  • Track record of successfully managing a large onshore/offshore software development team working on a large implementation/upgrade project
  • Exposure to both wholesale and retail business models
  • Deep understanding of Direct to Consumer processes
  • Partner with senior business/IT leaders to identify business problems and propose technology solutions
  • Provide guidance to the software development team
  • Strong experience in release management processes and technology
  • Experience in managing large, globally distributed teams consisting of internal/partner resources
  • Own software architecture roadmap for global Direct To Consumer space
  • Ensure seamless execution of strategic projects by partnering with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent presentation/verbal/written communication skills to present technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely to individuals of different backgrounds, technical expertise, and levels of authority
  • Ability to work effectively in a complex environment involving rapidly changing priorities
  • Plan and manage the project and departmental budgets and forecasts
Experience:
  • 10+ years of software design & development experience
  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Field Services 
  • Certification in agile methodology preferred; SCRUM framework
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 deployment and release management
  • Experience working with D365 ODATA standard protocol
  • Strong experience in Azure functions, service bus and logic apps
  • Experience in D365 reporting
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
  • Strong experience working and managing offshore development teams
  • In-depth, hands-on knowledge of at least one industry-leading ERP implantation, multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency ERP implementation
  • Strong experience with IT Service Management best practices
  • Strong experience in continuous service improvement (CSI)
  • Knowledge of financial concepts, including the ability to manage an operating budget
  • Understanding of retail business models, store operations and order management functions
  • Provide thought leadership, developing new ideas/alternatives and the ability to contribute to the discussion of abstract concepts and translate into actionable projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong interpretive skills, as well as the ability to effectively present, negotiate, influence, and create support around a common direction.
