With a continuous improvement remit, you'll act as the conduit between finance & IT and will provide ongoing end user support, whilst maintaining the structure & integrity of the practice management system. There will also be a focus around BI, analytics & business partnering.
You'll play a key role in the capture, analysis & documentation of user requirements and assisting in report development, supporting the management reporting process.
Finally, you'll assist in the development & running of test programs, perform configuration of the PMS when required and liaise with 3rd party providers in ensuring successful delivery of solutions. All while providing support to key stakeholders in the ongoing identification and delivery of systems and process improvement initiatives.
You are an experienced Systems Accountant, with a grounding in finance & accounting (including a tertiary qualification and preferably a CA/CPA) and extensive experience within a legal-sector (or other prof services) systems accounting environment.
You'll have a thorough understanding of practice management systems from within a professional services environment (preferably legal, but accounting or consulting also considered), advanced Excel skills and exposure to SQL.
Your communication skills (both written & verbal) are exceptional and you'll have previous, extensive experience within a similar role.
