Our Client is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to provide SME support for the iManage Document Management application, escalating issues to vendors as required.
- You will provide third level application support for a number of business applications including incident resolution, problem management, service request fulfilment, and change management.
- This may include cloud, client/server technology, document management systems, web services, digital dictation devices, and mobile applications.
- Plan and schedule releases, patches and upgrades to third party and custom applications.
- Deliver new technology and updates to the company & deliver new technical solutions within an agile framework.
- Requirements gathering for the successful delivery of new technology solutions.
- Proven industry experience working with iManage, Idol, Interaction or Bighand.
- Proven industry experience providing 3rd Level Support in a Microsoft centric environment.
- Previous experience working with AWS or Azure highly desirable.
- Microsoft Office 365 exposure highly regarded including SharePoint & Teams.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations including business system administrators & business users,.
