Job Description
The responsibilities will be diversified where no two days will be the same. You will have the opportunity to grow within the role as you take on more duties due to increased work.
Duties will include but not limited to -
- Providing administration support to our team of 9
- Answering main line calls
- Reception duties as required
- Management of our Client on-site process
- Generating contracts
- Liaising with external clients on contractual matters
- On-going maintenance of the CRM
- SEEK and LinkedIn research
- Assistance with organising functions & events
- Assisting the Managing Director, Operations Manager and Finance Officer as required.
