Team Leader - Client Services
As the Team Leader – Client Services you will oversee the operation of the Client Service team.
- Manage the Client Service expectation for the group by monitoring daily activities of the team to ensure all resources are being used effectively and service agreements of quantity and quality are met.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve problems before they impact on customers, dealers and/or vendors.
- Ensure daily processes are completed by the team.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit and data quality requirements within given timeframes.
- Assist the Operations Manager with design and implementation of various CPI initiatives.
- Reconciliation of daily reports.
- 3 plus years in a similar role across Operations / Client services in Banking or Leasing.
- Understanding of documentation, lease products, credit risks and compliance policies.
- People management experience .
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a team.
