Job Description

Technical Lead that can work on the iAM Stream, primarily the PAM project and others, to develop detailed design, facilitate build activities, perform build activities, facilitate technical changes management activities, implement production and non-production environments and support. Perform ongoing operation activities for the PAM system.

Technology Solutions Support:
  
  • Deep understanding of the information security implications of technology solutions and ensure they comply with the Information Security policies and processes. Undertake proactive measures to ensure compliance with Information Security policies and processes.
  • Provide on-going maintenance and support for the network and monitor the infrastructure backbone.
  • Provide Level III troubleshooting and support services to Global, Regional and Office ICT staff and other ICT departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to users and external clients.
  • Support, communicate and maintain network policies, processes, and standards to ensure conformance with overall company objectives.
  • Perform administration, maintenance and monitoring.
  • Review and maintain network and system logs. Maintain and enhance system documentation.
  • Maintain personal excellence in server and network technologies.
  • Research, evaluate/test, design, document, and implement network and infrastructure solutions.
  • Assist in developing and recommending hardware/software solutions, configurations and standards for network servers.
  • Implement established methodologies for ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Participate in planning and implementing disaster recovery programs and business resumption planning.
  • Perform performance monitoring and tuning of Active Directory (reports, replication monitoring and updates).
  • Work directly with end-users, user groups, managers and project teams to effectively implement standard technology solutions.
  • Drive coordination between the infrastructure and applications teams.
  
Minimum Requirements
  
  • 4-year degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to interface with a variety of technical and business personnel with courtesy, tact and diplomacy.
  • Solid communication skills (both oral and written) to direct, organize and communicate with others.
  • Solid and progressive experience working in technology infrastructure environment, showing a depth of technical exposure and proven leadership.
  • 5+ years experience with some or all the following:
    • Hardware management tools
    • Active Directory, domain and forest management.
    • ADFS/PKI
    • Microsoft Win10 and Windows 2003/2008/ Server, IIS 6.0 or 7.0
    • Microsoft SQL 2005/2008 Server
    • Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and VPX NetScaler’s
    • SCCM
    • Orchestrator
    • SCOM/Solarwinds
    • Azure tech stacks
  • 3+ years network design and architecture experience.
  • Appropriate certifications to support specific specialties (CNE, ECNE, W2003 MCSE, CCNA, CCDP, CNIE, A+, Citrix, CCSE, Checkpoint, etc.).
  • Detailed knowledge of networking components such as servers, cabling, routers, switches, hubs, PCs, etc.
  • Detailed knowledge of company standard network hardware and software. Able to handle various small network projects concurrently.
