Job Description

This leading financial services provider who enables millions of customers to better protect and enhance their financial wellbeing is looking for a specialist technical consultant to join their team and work on the design and implementing of technical solutions for customers. 
 
As the Technical Lead on this engagement you will be working with Aptitude Software to ensure the smooth design and implementation across their banking and insurance business.
  • This role will be for 6-12 month.
  • The role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne or done remotely from other locations. 
 About You
  • Senior technical lead with experience in designing and implementing technical solutions for customers
  • Significant experience of the Aptitude Finance Sub-ledger application
  • Experience of Financial Reporting and Accounting
    • End to end process understanding and experience
    • Sub-ledger based reporting (design & implement)
    • Statutory or Regulatory reporting changes
  • Strong Solution Design skills (ideally in Aptitude)
  • Integration into Oracle Financials
  • Insurance experience (worked with Actuaries)
  • Excellent communication and ability to co-solution with customer
Highly Desirable:
  • IFRS 17 specific knowledge (Insurance Contracts)
  • Property & Casualty Insurance experience
  • Data sourcing, acquisition and integration background
