Job Description

The Role:
  • Our Financial Services client is looking for a Technical Trainer on a 2-3 month contract in Melbourne for $750 + Super per day.
  • You will consult with internal stakeholders to identify system training needs and develop most appropriate and efficient learning solution.
  • Design and facilitate Pega systems training to existing employees.
  • Project manage the end to end training rollout, and ensure key deliverables are met within the agreed time frame, and to a high quality.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the learning needs analysis to scope and understand stakeholder requirements and agree objectives.
  • Design and develop the training program, materials, and resources, ensuing they are contemporary, accurate and commercially viable and integrate existing support applications (WalkMe).
  • Engage with stakeholders to discuss, prioritise and implement training requirements and ensure training materials and delivery remains accurate, appropriate and commercially viable.
  • Deliver Pega systems training in both a virtual and face to face environment across Operations teams.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training on meeting business needs and agreed objectives.
  • Maintain individual training records and analysis for any training delivered.
  • Work with the Group Learning and Development team to manage and administer training through the Learning Management System including ensuring that individual training records are maintained and accurate.
About You:
  • Previous experience delivering systems training on new systems implementations in both virtual and face to face environment.
  • Ability to consult professionally, develop and maintain professional internal and external working relationships.
  • Proven expertise designing engaging and interactive systems training for both a virtual and face to face environment.
  • Experience training teams on Pega workflow systems (desirable)
  • Experience using MS Suite of products.
  • Knowledge of Insurance domain (desirable)
  • Strong training analysis and designing and developing training materials
  • Demonstrate high level of accountability for end-to-end process, diligence and track record for high quality work.
  • Resilient and able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to agreed outcomes.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a positive collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
