Job Description

Your new role
  • As Technology Implementation Consulting Manager within our practice, you will be leading day-to-day aspects of delivering work streams and / or entire engagements within the business
  • You will be leading a client engagement team of 7 increasing to 16 other consultants
  • The engagements range from rapid diagnostic assignments to long term implementation support roles with clients.
  • This challenging but rewarding role is diverse and will only be limited by your skills and potential. In a typical week, you can expect to be leading teams that drive analysis, determine solutions and interact with a range of C-level and Executive stakeholders.
  • You will work together with the Managing Director assigned to the project who will provide you with guidance and oversight
  • You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development by supporting pitches or providing insights & approach materials for proposals as well as supporting Thought Leadership materials creation
  • You will be responsible for helping shape and develop a highly capable junior team
Successful Senior Managers will have the following preferred background
  • 8-10 years experience of operational improvement, working capital improvement, cash flow forecasting and/or business transformation in a boutique or large/Big 4 consulting practice leading teams of implementation consultants with results
  • Experience working for a premier consulting firm, software vendor or SaaS company.
  • Comfortable in process thinking around technical software implementation
  • Managing, leading best practice on the following; From on-boarding, training, technology configuration and systems integration, we assist clients post-sale to unlock the most value from our products and services.
  • Strong technical / analytical skills with a strong competence in analytical tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • An eagerness and strong ability to adapt to a wide arrange of teams, problems and work environments
  • Ability to lead multiple work streams / engagements in time-constrained environment
