The Opportunity:
Work for this highly respected Global Fund Manager in the Heart of the CBD as an Office Manager on a full-time basis starting immediately. With a national head count of circa 30 staff this role will support the company, and especially the Managing Director, on a range of responsibilities including:
- Office management including, the running of the office, managing all vendor/building relationships, managing couriers and marketing
- HR Projects including working on wellness and team building events for the office
- Providing admin and technical support for recruitment and onboarding on new employees
- Managing the Account Payable for the office
- Supporting the Managing Director and Sales team with diary and calendar management, travel booking, meeting coordination, taking minutes
- Organising meetings including sales meetings, strategy meetings and catch ups on a domestic and international basis
- Assisting with specialised projects
- Drafting communications
About you:
- Solid administration and organisational skills/experience
- At least 5 years’ experience as an office manage/senior admin.secretary
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain that in fast paced environment
- Proactive with the ability to think ahead of your stakeholder
- Strong time management and multitasking
- High level of confidentiality
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access.
