Reporting into the Trust Accounts Supervisor, your core duties will include the maintenance of trust accounts, trust compliance & adherence to policy, handling trust-related queries, trust reporting, arranging bank drafts and handling AP, billings and other ad hoc accounting tasks during overflow.
You are experienced in the professional services sector (legal, accounting or consulting) and will have solid accounts experience including payables, receivables and reconciliations.
Finally, your remit will include the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
You'll also have excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service focus. You are experienced in the legal sector and will have and the ability to comfortably engage with senior management when required.
